HOA: Office Closed until 4/17/26
The office at the clubhouse will be closed until Friday, April 17th. During this time, normal operations and responses may be delayed. We will resume regular business hours on Friday and address any pending matters as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.
HOA: Management Transition
We would like to share an important update regarding your Association’s management services. After careful consideration, the Developer-led Board of Directors has made the decision to transition from your current management company and engage Citizens Management Services, Inc. (CMS) as your new community management provider. (effective 6/1/26)
Irrigation: Drought Water Restrictions
City of Venice and SWFWMD have begun Phase III water restrictions.
Irrigation: Flush Points
Beginning Thursday (3/19/26), our team will begin installing flush points throughout the Vicenza community. This work is part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a reliable and efficient water system for all residents.

Tracy Hecht has resigned as President of the HOA Board. She is still our main Neal Communities contact. Edward Couch is the new President.
