Happy Friday! I wanted to share this week’s roundup with a few important reminders, some upcoming dates, and, of course, a little fun.

I know I sound like a broken record on this one, but it is important. Please slow down throughout the community and help spread the message. Talk with your neighbors, family members, friends, children, spouses, guests, contractors, vendors — everyone and anyone coming into Vicenza.

We all share these roads, and everyone needs to do their part to keep our community safe.

HOA: THIRSTY THURSDAY – CANDIDATE MEET & GREET

Join us on Thursday, September 10th at 5:00 PM for a special Thirsty Thursday and Candidate Meet & Greet!

We’ll start with some time to mingle, meet your neighbors, and get to know the candidates running for the Board. Around 6:00 PM, candidates will have an opportunity to introduce themselves and share a little more about who they are beyond what you see on a candidate information sheet.

All candidates are strongly encouraged to attend, and all residents are welcome! I’ll provide some light snacks — you bring your own beverage.

Come get informed, meet the candidates, and show some Vicenza pride!

Good afternoon, Vicenza residents!

It’s been another great and productive week here at Vicenza, and there is certainly a lot happening throughout the community!

We started Monday with our Q&A session with Impact Landscaping. Thank you to all the homeowners who attended, asked questions, and helped identify some of the landscaping and irrigation concerns we are seeing throughout the neighborhood.

These conversations are important and help us continue working toward improvements throughout Vicenza.
