It’s time for our weekly roundup! We’ve had another busy and productive week here in our wonderful community, and I have quite a few updates and friendly reminders to share with everyone.

HOA: 1st Notice of Annual Meeting
VICENZA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
TO ALL MEMBERS:
On Thursday, November 19th 2026, 6:00 pm EST, the Annual Meeting of VICENZA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. will be held for the purpose of electing Directors, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted. Subsequent to this “FIRST NOTICE” you will receive a “SECOND NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING” that will specify the agenda and advise of other important information concerning the Annual Meeting.
If you would like to run for the board, you must submit an Intent to Run form.
On or before Wednesday, October 28th 2026, 4:00 pm EDT, you must give written notice to the Association of your intent to run for the Board. You may upload an Information Sheet, on only 1 side of a page no larger than 8-1/2 inches by 11 inches, containing your qualifications and/or platform for office. You may submit your Intent to Run form and your Information Sheet electronically by clicking the button below.

Important Irrigation Update – Effective Immediately
Good afternoon, Vicenza residents,
As you know, I have had my hands in quite a few project buckets throughout the community, and I wanted to provide an important irrigation update.
Effective immediately, the Vicenza irrigation pump will be shut down on Saturdays and Sundays. This means that no residential homes or common areas will receive irrigation water on either of these days.
